When users ask a question or requests support in a specific slack channel I would like for Jira to automatically create a Jira ticket without manually doing it as shown in the screenshot below.
I also want to automatically send documentations based on any keyword sent in the request.
I also do not want to use any other tool from Marketplace, is this possible?i
Hi @Hayam Guway,
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
If you have access to Jira Service Management Premium you can use Atlassian Assist to do this. If you do not have JSM you can get Halp which works with Jira.
Thanks for your quick response.
I can't see that it sends automatic documentation based on keywords.
Halp isn't fully automated, you still have to comment with an emoji to trigger a ticket. I also can't see any documentation for integration with Slack and our Jira ITSD.
Essentially I want to create a custom workflow.

Halp is fully automated within a request channel. Adding the emoji is a way for agents to create a ticket from either DMs or in a channel that is not linked to a request channel. And if you enable auto-answers in a request channel you can add answers and set up key phrases that it should trigger on. For more information about Answers, please have a look at Halp Answers and you may want to take a look at Ticket Interactions for an overview of Halp.
