How can I change workflow status, mistakenly changed?

I have changed a workflow status from Under review to A &  D Technical specification document, now I am not able to change it back as I did that mistakenly, Kindly Help.

I am not able to change the status back to under review, 

When I am clicking on the status field only two options are displayed, On hold and ready for dev.

Ok I misread what you were asking. I thought you were saying you renamed a status and wanted to rename it back. What you are saying is that you cannot transition the issue back to the previous status. That means (most likely) there is no transition in place for you to do so. If you are the admin then edit the workflow and add the transition. If not have your admin do so.
