How can I change the notification email address for my account per Organization I'm associated with?

I've recently found myself in a position requiring the compartmentalization of my various work environments.  As a precaution, they are now in different OS's and no cross-work accounts are setup in any environment.

This has left me getting all of my client's / boss's emails in my personal inbox (the one I originally used to setup my Atlassian account), but then I have to share clipboards and copy the link, etc.

My goal is to change my notification email address for each work environment to go to the work email associated with that environment.  That would make my life easier, and would also offer record-keeping clarity.

@Brett Poole If you have multiple emails you will have to have multiple Atlassian accounts.  Then each of those accounts/emails can be associated with a different organization.
