How can I change a project's workflow if it's shared by another projects?

There is a workflow which is used my project and shared by other projects. I create a new workflow and trying to switch my project for that. How can I switch it without changing the others? My project is in the same workflow-schema.

You should copy the current workflow scheme, change this workflow there and associate the copied workflow scheme to the required project.
