How can I cc any Jira User to a logged ticket or Story?

Creating a ticket (Bug, Story, enhancement, etc) are day to day part of software development. How can I cc a ticket to a Jira Project member if he posses some action item on the ticket?

Hello,

What do you mean by "cc"? Do you want that if a user performs an aciton on an issue, the user would receive notifications about any action for the issue? Then you can add the user as a watcher on specific actions. But you would need to do some coding with Adaptivist scriptrunner or Power Scripts.
