How can I automatically update a ticket when a linked one is updated?

Let's say I have two projects, project A and project B. Some tickets from project A depend on some tickets from project B and they are linked to each. Basically, what I need is to auto update a ticket in Project A when a ticket in Project B is updated and they are both linked to each other

For this you should consider a scripting or automation addon, e.g. Scriptrunner, Automation for Jira, Power Scripts, etc.
