How can I audit All people added/removed from Project Roles from Every jira project?

Need an audit report showing All people added/removed from Project Roles from every jira project.

When I go to "Audit Log" in the backend Jira system config, it show the "Users" and "Associated projects" , but does not carry over to the Report when exported.

Please see the screenshot.
