How can I assign billing admin role to user

Hi there,

in my organization jira dashboard i would like to change the credit card details. I am an organization admin but not a billing admin. Furthermore: in the users list there is NO billing admin.

How can I access the payment method in order to change it?

Have you confirmed that you are using the new billing experience that leverages the Billing Admin role? 

Based on the documentation only a current Billing Admin can modify the Billing Admins.

If you have no billing admins, you may need to contact Atlassian directly to get assistance with adding a billing admin.
