How can I, as a PMO lead, have a calendar view of the projects by PM or assignee?

I am trying to do some capacity management w/o paying for a plug in. I was hoping to do this by seeing what my PM's are working on and determining their usage according to how many concurrent projects they are assigned to.

How familiar are you with Dashboards and Filters? Because they can help you with your request without paying for a plugin.

I am currently exploring an option where I assign each project to a filtered board and then use those filters to create an overall view. Is that where you are leaning?

Yes that's what I am thinking too:

• Create a JQL query
• If you have a group for the PMs you can create a filter using memberof("group name")
• Create a Dashboard may be with the name PMs Dashboard, and then have a gadget for each member of the PM group so that you can see their issues.
