How can I adjust my Backlog View?

When I look at my backlog view, each ticket takes up 'two lines' and theres a lot of dead space. When I look at the backlog of other projects, their tickets are each 1 line.

I wonder if there is a field listed in your "Card Layout" that it is trying to show, but has no values for.

Can you try navigating to your board, selecting "settings" and then choosing "Card Layout" and see what field names are listed in the "Backlog" section?

Thank you! Comparing my board settings with another project it looks like I have 'Size' enabled. I reached out to my jira admin to turn that off.
