How can I add people to a board?

Last night I deleted a board which was meant to be used for a couple of people only. 

The idea was to consolidate everything on one board only. Now, one of the guys is not able to see the only board left. 

Should I add him to the board? What should I do? 

Any ideas? I am quite new and I keep getting lost.

Hi Silvia - You need to make sure that the underlying filter for the Board is shared with him.

Just to make sure... that should be done on

Board settings - General - Filter - Shares ? 

Right now it is not being shared to anyone but still the rest of the team is able to see the board.
