How can I add a link to a project board from the JIRA sidebar?

can you elaborate on where you expect a Link to what board exactly?

In the board settings you can choose its "home". It can either be one project or a user's profile.

I want the side bar, next to mY WORK - PROJECTS - FILTERS- DASHBOARDS - TEAMS

I mean, i also want to add GANTT in the side bar, and delete filters and teams

The menu bar cannot be edited. Some Apps will add Items but you have no influence on that. Boards are "hidden" under Your Work.
