We are now creating a Jira for our Marketing Department.
We wish to notify our customer support team (Which dont use Jira) of promotions that we finished creating and scheduled them.
Example work process:
Campaign > Content > Design > Uploads > QA > Schedule > Notification
Is it possible to share some calendar with the support team or even connect it to google calendar? or perhaps some other way to to notify the other team?

You can configure the workflow and notification scheme to send notifications to a specified user when the process flows to a particular state.
Or you can use a team calendar plugin to track progress

The issue is that the Support team are not on our Jira

As far as I know, external system users can also receive email notification after the configuration is completed through the notification scheme.
Or you can use JIRA Webhooks to call the Google Calendar API when creating new issues.
