Good morning.

I am seeking any guidance/recommendations in regards to moving an entire project from a 3rd party managed version of Jira to a company managed one.

I am aware that migrating it/exporting it has risks and would like to be able to present my supervisor with all the risks prior to attempting moving it.

We would really love if we could get as much information that is included in the project (screenshots, attachments, comments the whole shebang moved over.

Also are there any specific questions I should be asking of the 3rd party team to ensure the easiest possible move?

Please help.

You should use the clou-to-cloud migration tool. If the 3rd party is using a server/data center version, the process would be very much the same using Jira Cloud Migration assistant.
