How are default permissions set for business projects

How did a user get added to the default jira permissions?

Is there a way that we can change these out of the box defaults for all jira projects that are created in the future?

Hello,

These role members are added as default on project creation. You can find here how to change it:

Go to the "Specifying 'default members' for a project role" part
