Hi,
I need to See tasks with status HOLD in my backlog
I am using Simplified Workflow.
In screen 'column managment' I added HOLD to 'to do' column.
What is wrong?
your image does not capture whether there is a "kanban backlog" area to the left. Does it exist? if so you would drag whatever statuses you want in the backlog to the far left.
I have only 3 columns. Image shows all of it.
I think it is why because i am using Scrum board.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
@Kamil Biernat, what I mean is this. In your image on the right there is “unmapped statuses”. Is there a similar sidebar on the left that speaks of “backlog”. Maybe it would help if you could provide a full screen shot of the entire browser window.
one other thing - are you on Cloud or Server. If server what version? 7.4 was first version supporting backlog for Server I believe.

Enable Backlog on your BOARD first - after that drag the above HOLD status to backlog - so any HOLD status issues will go to BACKLOG.
But like Jack said - is your backlog enabled ?

@Kamil Biernat Yup - I do that on Kanban myself.

@Kamil Biernat Ooops you are right there - I dont think SCRUM allows BACKLOG column on the board.
The image that you've shown concerns Kanban only.
In think for Scrum, you may have to make changes on your workflow to make your expected behaviour happen.
