I want a configure one bot on Discord to send information about Jira issues.
If i create or edit one issues on Jira, this Bot should publish on Discord.

Getting useful Jira Discord notifications with Discord webhooks and Jira automation is much more problematic than you think. Of course, I'm biased because I'm the author of the Discord for Jira integration, but I encourage you to at least read this blog post before deciding to go with webhooks.
