How Total Story points value generated in list view under query search

No value in Total Story points and % of SP completed in List view while using query search

for Some epics, it is showing up wrong value.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Those are not native Jira fields. Those must be custom fields created in your Jira instance or fields added by a third party product. You will need to contact your Jira Administrators to learn more about those fields and how the values are calculated, or to find out if they are provided by a third party product.

but i can see some values for few epics and not for all. 

is there a way to identify how this is getting generated?

You could check the History for the Epics to see the record for when and by whom the field got set, if it actually is a field that is part of the Epics.

It might be getting generated by Automation Rules created by your Project Admins or by the Jira Admins. If Automation Rules are being executed against the Epics then you will see a history of rules that are executed against the issue by clicking on the Rule Executions field that shows in the Details panel when viewing an issue:

To find out the details of the rule itself, if it was a rule that set the value, you would need to contact your Project Admins or Jira Admins.

If the fields were added by a third party application your Jira Admins added to your instance, then it would be necessary to review the documentation from the vendor of the application.
