How I can switch to the old view with the menu a top?

For as far as i know, Jira Cloud sites no longer have the ability for users to switch back to the old interface.

To clear up Dave's "as far as I know" - he is absolutely correct. The top menu UI has been completely removed from Cloud, there is no way back.
