How Do I Propagate a Formula Up The Hierarchy

In my team's structure I have a calculated LOE to verify that the total LOE on work items is correct. If the calculated LOE and the total LOE don't match then a red circle is displayed.

How do I get the red circle to propagate up the hierarchy?

Hello @Daniel J. Pinter 

You can display the red circle for parent issues if any of their direct children have it with a formula like this:

if sum{if calctotalloe - totalloe <>0: 1}>0: ":red_circle:"
