How Can I select Transition ID in Project Automation Rule

Hi Experts, 

Need one help in transitions issue to a particular status via Jira Project automation. 

There are two transition going from Status A to Status B. 

One transition have transition screen.

Second transition don't have transition screen.  Second transition name is Automation - Backlog(Dev)

via Project automation I want to trigger second transition. How can I trigger second transition via project automation 

Getting this error message : 

Destination status could not be resolved or does not have a valid transition rule (with current status):

ABC-10574 (Need Confirmation - 12624)

Kindly help how can I fix this. 




On Second transition, condition is applied :any of the following 
user in project role atlassian-addon, 
only transiton via REST API 

user in a group atlassian-addon-users

Hi @Vikrant Yadav 

Normally, you should be able to choose the specific transition, not just the destination status. This could be an older version.

1. I don't know the rule actor. To be 100% certain the conditions aren’t blocking the transition, could you remove all conditions and retry?

2. Have you tested using the full transition name instead of relying on the regex?

3. Do you also need to provide the transition ID in the Additional fields section as you’ve already specified Transition match section?

@Tansu Akdeniz  i have tried to add transition ID in addition field section but still not working.

1- I mean you could remove additional fields section since you've already specified "Transition match".

2- Have you also tried removing the conditions?

When I remove the condition it's still asking to fill field available on tranisiton screen.
