How Can I deploy jira service desk 3 as add ons in jira software 7?

Yes, I can deploy the JIRA Service Desk 3 on JIRA software by using upload add ons. But after successful completion of this I cant start it. Whenever I clicked on Get Started on JIRA Service Desk add ons it throws me to the home page.

Yes, I have done re indexing and restart the server.

Can any one guide me how to resolve?

JIRA Service desk is not an add-on for JRA 7, it's now an application.  Can you start by checking that it is installed and enabled by going to "manage applications", rather than "manage add-ons"?
