I want Jira to create a ticket every 7 weeks, on Monday. But the start date should not be next Monday, but a specific Monday in the future (e.g. not next one but the one after that).
When I create a rule, I can easily express that the ticket should be created on Mondays and every 7 weeks:
But I see no way to pick a specific start date for the rule.
Is it possible to pick a specific start date?

There currently is not a way to pick a specific start date for a Scheduled Trigger for an Automation Rule.
