Hours charged in subtask is not getting consolidated in the User Story

The hours charged against a sub task is not getting totaled in the main user story.

For example:
User story1 
 - Subtask 1 
 - Subtask 2 

If I charge 2 hours each in Subtask 1 and 2 , I am expecting 4 hours to be accumulated under User Story 1, but this is not happening and User Story 1 is showing up as Zero. 

Please suggest what needs to be done.

Can you provide a screen image that shows where you are seeing no time accumulated for the Story?

When viewing an issue with Sub-tasks, if you want to show time logged against the sub-tasks of that issue you have to check this box.
