Hide time tracking and inside comments

Is it possible to hide some fields in Jira? For example, time tracking and inside comments. With some add ons or in another way?

Yes, you can remove time-tracking from the screens, or hide it in the field configuration, that will remove it from the project.

Thank you for the answer. I just want to clarify that I don't want to remove time tracking or inside comments, but just hide from some people or some people group. 

In other words, those fields should visible for some people, but for other, it should be hidden.
