Hide some fields from certain users

Is it possible to customize the visibility of issue fields so that each user see different issue screen on the same issue type?.

In out-of-the-box Jira it is not possible to do this, you would need an app that allows you to set field security. If you search the Marketplace there are apps that can do this.

No, this can't be done.

Screens and screen schemes are project bound and issue type bound

the only way I know to do this would be within an app like ScriptRunner Behaviours.
