Hello! : )

I would like to create a command that says that all tasks that have been in "Done" status for more than three months will be hidden on the board.

If possible, they should be archived.

Unfortunately I can't create any codes, could someone help me?
In the board, the column is called "Done" and it only refers to the tasks in Done status.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

It sounds like your board is misconfigured.

  • A scrum board will only show "done" issues that have been set as "done" in the current active sprint.
  • A Kanban board will only show "done" issues that match the board's unreleased issues filter (defaults to "fix version is empty", but can be changed for some types of board)
  • A project board will only show "done" issues that have been updated in the last fortnight (again, changeable for some)

In other words, boards should already be doing this for you.  If you're seeing "done" stuff that's 3 months old, someone has deliberately configured the board to do it.  Start with a look at all the board config.

Hi @guelden.dalgic , is this a Company Managed Project or team managed? This is illustrated in the bottom left corner. If TMP issues are removed from the board after in the Done status without updates for 14d. If CMP then configure the board and under General at the bottom you can select the time frame to hide done issues.

if you seek a different solution please explain further your requirements.
