I use the XRAY report called "Test Execution Report". By default the output has many columns, several of which I don't need.
The Atlassian documentation shows a filter called "COLUMNS" at the top right of the page, directly under the "Export" function.
I would like to use this filter to deselect the columns I don't need, but I don't see the "COLUMNS" filter.
Is it a matter of missing authorizations, or perhaps the feature is only available in recent versions?
Thanks in advance,
Linda
Welcome to the community.
Download the report template and adjust the template and re-upload this, use a different name to not overwrite the original one.
The filter, based on items you only want in the export, you need to adjust the template.
Hello Marc,
Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, I don't see an option to export a template. The only option I see is "Export to csv", in the top right corner of the report screen.
I can't seem to be able to paste a screen print in this chat, that would sure help!

I found a link to an article that explains how to use templates

I don't have the office add-in XRAY, it doesn't seem available in our environment

You might need more permissions or contact your Jira admin to help you out.

Thank you kindly for this info, it looks very promising.
I forwarded it to our administrator.
Kind regards,

Hello and Welcome to Atlassian Community @Linda Lefebvre
That shouldn´t need special permission.
I think App vendor will provide you best answer for that.

Hello Arkadiusz,
Thank you for your answer. I searched through the XRAY Cloud Documentation, it seems the column filter can be exposed with a configuration setting at global a/o project level. I relayed the information to our administrator but he could not find this setting.
