Hello!

We have two boards on the project. We want some users to access only one board while all users have access to the project. But I couldn't handle this with permission schemes.

For example,

Product Roadmap > "Product" User Group

Product Planning > "Product", "Account Management", "Development" User Groups

Please, can you help me?

Hi @İrem Çilingir  - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Who can see what boards is controlled by sharing the underlying board filter. If the filter is not shared with a user (or group or project role) then the user will not see the board.

Although I have created multiple user groups and mapped them to roles, unfortunately, these roles were not loaded on the filter screen. What would be the reason? Can you help me?

So for the Product project, you have added new roles and mapped them to groups? But they are not showing in your dropdown for project roles?

What if you tried to share the filter directly with the group that you have mapped to the project role?
