Hide Transition of workflow in History Section

Hello!

I was wondering is there a way we can hide the activity that updates the history section when a workflow transitions to a certain status?

For Example, If I wanted to hide from the history section every time a workflow went from In-Progress to testing, is that possible?

This is not possible as this information is stored in the system.

Status change history is also available via JQL.
