Hi, why am I being charged if Atlassian Account is free for upto 10 users?

Also, when I do enter credit card details for authentication, it is back charging me from April 21st. Can I please get some help on this?

You have probably selected the $10 version, rather than the free option.

yes...from billing it was not showing any option to change to Free from Standard, but somehow allowed when I went through profile...thanks
