Have you tried it in incognito mode or clearing the browser cache?
Also, check whether other users in your Jira site experience the same behavior.

I'd recommend checking whether there have been any recent changes to the permissions or the space configuration. If there have been recent changes, users may see this error when trying to access it.
I checked the Atlassian Status Page, no Incident is reported for now.
So I recommend contacting Atlassian Support if no recent changes were made.
