Hi Team. My Team lead is unable to view his team members' planned hours in Tempo Report

In Tempo Report, my team lead is unable to view the planned hours entered by his team members in a project. He is able to view the Logged hours of his team members but not the planned hours. Also, he can view his own planned hours. All the permission settings seems to be fine for us. Any help on this will be highly appreciated.

Hi @Pratyusha Kar

Can you please confirm that you are also using Tempo Planner and that the team lead has the "View team plans" permission (https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/THC/pages/386302535/Planner+Permissions+-+Tempo+Server). 

When using only Tempo Timesheets, users can plan time for themselves and these plans are only visible to themselves (https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/THC/pages/366904125/Planning+Time+for+Yourself+in+the+My+Work+Calendar+-+Tempo+Server).

Hi @Susanne Götz _Tempo_ . Thanks for your prompt response. So, we are not using Tempo Planner and from your explanation I am able to figure out that this is the reason.
