Me and the team in my department have been struggling to upload files on a ticket. This has been happening for a while now.
We attempted to use different browsers and did hard ref4esh however the issue seem to still be happening.

What message appears?
Please take a look at the browser console & network tab.
Do you use VPN etc? Try a different network.
If nothing helps, please contact support via Atlassian Support portal.
