Hi , Is there a way i can export a workflow or a workflow scheme from one cloud instance to another? Is this possible? If a particular project needs to be exported from one instance to another can this be done?

Hi Priyanka,

Currently, Jira Cloud does not have the option to export and import an workflow and also, it does not support a single project import/export, it's necessary to create a backup of the entire instance and import to another one.

We have feature requests suggesting the implementation of this abilities:

For now, to import a workflow to another instance you must:

1. Export the workflow as .jwb
2. Upload the exported workflow to Atlassian Marketplace
3. Import workflow from the marketplace
