Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Are you unable to access your site after the payment was successful? Or was it suspended due to payment issues, and you worked with Atlassian Billing support to get it sorted?

I'd suggest you reach out to Atlassian Billing support with the invoice details and they can check if the site is still pending re/activation.
