Hi , I got a new phone Samsung S9 plus,today.Trying to login to Jira/Confluence but not able to logn

What does "not able to login" mean?  What are you doing, and what do you get back from the computers when you try to log in?

In my older J7 , when I used to click a link for Jira or Confluence from my outlook, it used to take me to a login page where I had to put my credentials to login. But with this new phone when I am doing the same and putting my credentials it says wrong Password or user name.I am able to login using the same credentials with my laptop.So the credentials I am entering are correct.

Ok, this is a problem with your phone then, not Confluence.  It must be sending the wrong thing to Confluence when you enter it.  Is it possible you are mistyping something?  I often get : and ; wrong when I'm trying to type on my phone.
