I completed the entire learning path of the 'Get the most out of Jira' course, and I even double-checked if I completed all the tasks in the course, but I still did not get the certificate for this course. I checked my profile too for the certificate, but I still did not get the certificate. Please help.
Hello @Abhirami Vasudevan
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
If you go to My Learning...
...then click the Completed tab...
...you will find the list of your completed courses. If you click the vertical ... button on one and select Eport to PDF...
...that will download a completion certificate with the course name, your name, and date of completion; i.e.

Hi @Abhirami Vasudevan -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Yes, and...to the suggestions from Trudy:
The steps described will get you the certificate for the course, and if you were also wondering why the associated community badge is not awarded, that one seems to have a "glitch" where the course completion is not detected.
I have observed this symptom for several courses and have learned of no consistent fixes. Often, it occurs if you completed the training before the associated badge was created in the community. One needs to ping the community managers each time it happens to ask for assistance.
Kind regards,
Bill

Hi @Abhirami Vasudevan ,
There are no more certificates for completed learning paths. Once you complete a course (these are subsets of learning paths, such as Get the most out of Jira,) you get a digital badge
that can then be found under your Community profile under the badges section:
Old University experience did give out 'certificates' for passing the learning paths (or courses), but the new learning experience just handles badges.
Hope this helps.
Cheers,
Tobi
