I am unable to login with my valid email Id and password.

It shows this below error

"It looks like our database is taking a little longer than usual to sync up. Wait a few moments then try again."

There is an active incident https://jira-software.status.atlassian.com/

Also, try with incognito mode and clearing your cache.
