I have done the Integration Part but i need to configure the integration between Jira Software Cloud and ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus for the incident management use case with Web Hook
Once the incident is created in Manage Engine Service desk it will automatically create a corresponding issue in Jira software cloud.
Any Updates made in Jira are automatically synced back to the original incident Manage Engine.
Can you help me detailed instructions or steps to do this setup it will be very helpful
