my bosses are looking for one single platform or tools that can support "Visual Project tools" that can allow the employee to work remotely together.
Main Functions
1. Project Implement based
2. Services Desk
3. Communication Tools (Chat), and Document Sharing
please note that we are Implementer (project based) IT company.
Any suggestion?, we found that JIRA can support but in each topic, is there any one platform that can serve this?

The Atlassian suite is a good set of tools for that. The one thing it does not do there, is chat, Atlassian recommend you use Slack for chat. Specifically, I'd use Jira Service Desk + Confluence + Slack for your list of requirements.

Few more question, if you don’t mind, can we use JIRA service desk for project implementation team instead on JIRA software? So it can be one in one propose - implement and support in single platform?
for communication channel, slack or ms Team will be a great choice, as long as their can integrate with JIRA...
