Helpdesk portal (atlassian.net) stuck loading

I'm having trouble accessing the Helpdesk portal at https://[myclient].atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/user/login. The page gets stuck with a spinning loading icon at the top and won't let me click on anything (not the email field, not the "Next" button).

I've already tried the following to rule out an issue on my end:
- Tested in an incognito/private browser window
- Cleared cookies for the site
- Switched to a different browser
- Confirmed no browser extensions are active/interfering

The issue persists in all cases

Are you behind a VPN or Firewall?

Could you check on the developer tools - console and network tabs for more details on the errors/messages?
