Help with this JQL query.

How do i find all sub tasks by a specific field of the parent task?

Let's assume that this is the partial query :

sprint = 14 AND status != Done AND assignee = ronis AND type = Sub-task

in addition to results given by the above query I need the status of the main task (story) to be in In-progress or in Done. How do I do that?

That's only doable with the help of a plugin like, in example, ScriptRunner.
