Help with MS Teams integration

Hi,

     My organization uses Jira to manage work through tickets.

I was trying to activate Jira Cloud on MS teams so that my team should get notifications on MS Teams whenever updates happens on Jira tickets. Like change in a fix version  or status changed to reopened.

But after activating Jira Cloud from MS Teams, I was asked to enter the project name, where I enter 'zebra-wfm-om-hr' and it created an organization with making me it's admin. I am unable to link my teams account with the existing Jira account I have but to this new account. Please help me to fix this issue.
