Help reactivating a disabled account

Hello,

I am the tech support engineer for my company but have no admin rights to one of our Jira sites. The admin for that site left the company abruptly and no one on his team reached out to indicate that someone needed to be appointed the admin of their Jira site prior to the departed admin's Google Workspace account being deleted.

I have reactivated the departed admin's Google Account and attempted to log in, however we continue to recieve the following message:


I currently have access to this user's email however there are no email messages as indicated by this notice.

How can we reactivate this admin's account so we can then use that account to appoint a new admin for this particular Jira site?

To recap:
-Site admin left company
-Google Workspace account he used to authenticate to the site was deleted but recently restored
-Need this user's account to be reactivated so we can authenticate as the user and then appoint a new admin to this Jira site to take over for the departed admin.

You can reach out to Atlassian Billing, Licensing, Pricing Support to get assistance with getting another user granted Organization Admin access for your environment.

They will require proof that your company owns the subscription. I don't know exactly what they ask for since I have not had to go through this.

When they are satisfied that your company does own the subscriptions, they will be able to help you identify another person in the company that already has Admin access or help with getting another user granted that access.
