Hi friends,
I have a Program that's divided into 4 Projects:
1. Retire,
2. Build New,
3. Move, and
4.Retain
And there are some common tasks that touch abve 4 which I call as Project Admin tasks.
I need to do reporting on all 4 projects at Program level .
Hence I need to know what would be the best structure in Jira for this ?
i.e should I use 4 Epics- one for each projects, and a another 5th Epic for common task or compoents? please advice best approach?
