Help me to resolve 'We couldn’t update the Description value You can try again in a few minut...'

I am facing issue while trying to update a larger description in Jira Story/ Bug/ Sub task.

Same happens when we try to do it through incognito mode too.

Below mentioned is the message shown while try to update

"We couldn’t update the Description value

You can try again in a few minutes, or refresh the page."

There was an incident about 10 days ago related to Description field error.

This may be something specific to the configuration on your sites, so I suggest you create a support ticket for assistance with this. (Ref https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Jira-questions/Help-With-quot-We-couldn-t-update-the-Description-value-You-can/qaq-p/3004819)

Raised a ticket but response was like, they are mentioning about the description character limit, as per JIRA the character limit is 32,767 but, in my description, it's just 5,683. i have countered the statement and still waiting for the response.
