Help for creating automation rules

For Poland, Czechia and Slovakia markets, for the “PowerPoint Deck/Slideck” package, please change the design activities assigned to Justyna and Tereza respectively from “Out of Scope” to “New Activity” in existing automation its sent to out of scope and We should not any changes in this automation but now we have created automation based on market and packages steps creation of automation

Hi Divya,

You can create an automation rule based on a Field Value Changed trigger and based on the Assignee field. Then add a Re-fetch action.

Next add a Condition (or more) to check the value of the Assignee field, and then add an action for Transition Work Item. Select the appropriate Status you want the work item to transition to.

Is this a one time change based on the current data? Or is it an ongoing need when something happens? And if the latter, then what is that trigger that happens that would cause the rule to fire? 

Can you tried creating a rule at all? If so, please share what you have so far.
