I have a Jira board that has 13 different forms associated to it. This was created to house all the frequent company requests we receive, however, each of the 13 forms require different information to resolve. (changing something in our system vs. adding something to our system)
The forms are working great for those putting in requests. However, on the back end, when I look at the "List" view, the fields that are supposed to be displaying are not. They are fields from other forms, but is not displaying the correct information.
Yellow bar is the forms view, the blue bar is the details view I would see in my Jira project or board. The fields are pulling from other forms fields that I have, but not the correct fields that these questions/answers belong to. It's so confusing! Any tips or tricks?
