I hope you can help me. Unfortunately the information that the Jira Cloud license went under.
The license has already expired on 11.02 and we have received the notification:
On Mar 1, 2021,xxx will change because we haven't received payment details.
Products on the Free plan won't be affected.
Unfortunately, we can't reach anyone from support at the moment. Since it is Saturday and we only have the standard model.
Will the entire board be disabled on 01.03 and we won't be able to log in? Will all tickets be deleted? How can we prevent this as soon as possible?
Things won’t disappear, at least for a few weeks though no real time commitment AFAIK on retention. Simply pay the bill or if that can’t be done for some reason open a support ticket with Billing and feel free to make it high priority.
thank you for the answer. I had already tried to extend the license via GUI. Unfortunately I got the info that I have to contact the support. This has already been done, unfortunately I can not specify a prio of tickets. Probably this is related to the standard model, since we are not using Atlassian Premium.
I am very reassured that the account will not be deleted directly. Will we have read-only or no access to the account at all from 1.3?
If we no longer have access, how do I contact support or respond to tickets?

You can always contact support from a “billing” context. I believe but not 100% sure that you will have read access.
